On May 31, as every year, the Metropolitan Circus family came together to pay tribute, with respect and admiration, to Prince Rainier, who truly believed in the beauty and values of circus-arts, and contributed decisively to its recognition and promotion at international level.
103 years following Prince Rainier’s birth the Metropolitan Circus’s community expressed its gratitude for the extraordinary legacy he left us.
The statuary circus group dedicated to Prince Rainier and the circus universe reminds us not only of his vision and support for this art, but also of our responsibility to keep it alive, to develop it and to pass it on with passion and respect.
