The 16th World Circus Day in 18 April 2026 has been celebrated broadly all over the World.
World Circus Day is the largest coordinated annual event of the international circus community.
This year addition showed a continued growth in decentralized community-led celebrations. There were about 480-600 registered events in more than 50 countries and massive social, online reach.
We calculate that the live attendance of the audience in the WCD’s programs was between 300 000-400 000.
